The hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite the pier and close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV that had Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom had a stand-in shower and there was hand soap available. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a delicious full English and a selection of pastries and cereals. a lovely place to stay.
The stairs to the top floor rooms might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

The staff is best, the breakfast perfect, the ocation is marvellous very close to the south pier and pleasure beach, a tram stop, Blackpool. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. En suite and neat room plus amazing bathroom. It offers comfy bed and excellent services.

This hotel is a gem! The value for money is incredible, especially considering its proximity to the pier and seafront. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are in great condition. Plus, the breakfast is simply amazing, with unlimited coffee, tea, toast.
